Hijab Tutor Jakarta

Assalamualaikum,

Tanggal 24 Juni lalu saya mendapat undangan sebagai hijab tutor disebuah kantor Bank BUMN di Indonesia. It was an honor karena saya adalah nasabah bank ini sudah lama sekali, bahkan tabungan pertama saya adalah bank ini. Sebut saja bank ini dengan Bank Mandiri. Saya diundang oleh staff salah satu divisi disana untuk mengisi acara hijab tutorial menjelang berbuka puasa. Seperti biasa, kalau hijab tutorial saya biasanya memberikan beberapa alternatif gaya berhijab berdasarkan bahan hijab, ukuran hijab dan tipe wajah. 

Saat itu saya menggunakan beberapa jenis kerudung, ada yang shawl panjang, persegi, segitiga dan juga instan hijab. Alhamdulillah para pegawai yang saat itu hadir terlihat antusias dan tertarik dengan hijab tutorial yang saya peragakan. Terutama saat saya mengeluarkan jilbab instan Askana, yang mana tentu saja mereka jauh lebih tertarik dengan jilbab instan karena tidak ribet dan cepat pemakaiannya, hehe. 

Selalu senang tiap kali selesai memberikan materi hijab tutorial untuk teman-teman baru, apalagi yang mayoritas belum berhijab. Mudah-mudahan dari tutorial yang saya berikan, dapat memberikan manfaat atau keinginan untuk berhijab juga. Aamiin..

MY STYLE: Casual Edgy

Assalamualaikum, 

Lama ngga posting foto macam gini, bukan apa-apa, lagi merasa insecure aja sama badan sendiri. Maklum, setelah menikah dan punya anak kayanya kurang memerhatikan badan, huhu. Pengen diet juga susah banget karena menyusui. Yasudahlah, mau gimana lagi ya khan? Sekarang pe er nya ya pintar - pintar mix and match baju deh supaya at least terlihat tidak terlalu lebar. Bahkan kalau kata Kara, saya itu gak lebar.. tapi TEBAL. Meeennnnnn.. 

Trik paling jitu untuk menyiasati kelebihan yang menjadi kekurangan saya, saya senang memakai celana model lurus lalu dipadukan dengan kemeja panjang atau bahasa kerennya "boyfriend shirt". Dengan begitu, walaupun pakai celana tetap bagian belakangnya tertutup. Alhamdulillah nya, paha saya tergolong kecil, jadi kalau pakai celana menimbulkan efek terlihat kurusan. Walaupun sebenarnya jauh dari itu sih, hahaha (namanya juga usaha). Kemudian trik dan angle foto pun penting, berikut tips foto OOTD ala Suci ya:

1. Tarik bahu kebelakang agar tangan tidak terlihat seperti stik baseball.
2. Silangkan kaki ke depan, seakan seperti mau melangkah.
3. Kalau lagi tidak pake high heels, jinjit sedikit agar kaki terlihat agak langsing.
4. Berhubung pipi saya chubby banget, makanya saya jarang foto sambil senyum lebar. Senyum lebar hanya akan menambah lebar pipi Anda.. hahaha..

Silaturahim with Hijabers Subang

Another event that I got invited to, it was Silaturahim withHijabers Subang. Yes, Subang.. A small city at West Java near Purwakarta. It was my first time went there and it took us (me and hubby) about 3 hours to get there from Jakarta. We didn't bring Kenza along with us because afraid that he will get exhausted during the trip. The trip was smooth alhamdulillah and the city was so nice, the host (Hijabers Subang) was so friendly and cheerful. The event also ran smooth, alhamdulillah.. Thanks for having me..

Today is Saturday! Yeaayy.. Subhanallah I receive so many happy stories and I also had a great time with my family.. First news that really made my morning was, the news that one of my best friend, Siti.. is pregnant! Yeaayy.. Alhamdulillah.. So happy!! Through this post, I'd like to congratulate you and your husband for this precious gift.. Mudah-mudahan sehat terus yaa bumiilll and baby.. Aamiin..

Aaanndd, today I wear Such! by Suci from head to toe.. The scarf, is one of the upcoming new collection from us.. The best thing about this scarf is.. The pattern might be fierce, but the color is so soft.. InsyaAllah it will be publish this Monday.. And the top, its one of our upcoming new collection.. Breastfeed friendly, foooorr sure.. Hehe.. The the skirt, it is our basic maxi skirt and the color is Salmon.. My fave! Not forgot to mention, the inner ninjaaa.. Our signature design of innerscarf ninja..

Today we stroll around the mall.. Banyak yg komen, "Suci ke mal mulu.." Yaaa, abis hiburan kemana lagii.. Yang nyaman utk bawa baby juga.. So we choose mal over zoo, beach, lalala.. But one day when Kenza already understand about his environment... Nature.. I'll take him for a sweet adventure journey.. Foooo syoooo (read: for sure)..

Its Been a While

Assalamualaikum Beautiful,

Wow.. What a record.. Record for being lazy updating my blog.. Huhu.. So sad.. Who to blame? Instagrammm.. Hahaha.. Naahh, just kidding.. The one to blame is no other but myself.. Been busy with so many things especially houseworks.. Plus, Kenza is start to eat now, yeaayy.. I will post a story about 6 months of breastfeeding, inshaAllah.. Now I enjoying my role as a mom.. Full time mom! Kinda Mom that a child see first when he woke up, kinda Mom who stops a child cries when he sees me, kinda Mom who texting the maid about what to cook while breastfeeding, kinda Mom who rushing to the kitchen to cook after Kenza is sleeping.. Super fun! I never thought that being a housewife can be this busy and occupied.. Alhamdulillah..

But being a full time Mom doesn't mean that I don't have time for myself.. Time to relax or do shopping! Of course I have.. But now, almost anywhere I go.. My husband and Kenza always come along.. We always stick together, remember? Hahaha..

Assalamualaikum beautiful,

Wooowww so sorry for a long postponed in this blog.. Phew! What should I say, having a baby makes my life more content.. I almost have no time to start my laptop, to take proper picture to be posted in this blog.. Sowwyyyy..

Well this motherhood life is sooooooo fun! My son is almost 2 months now, and seeing his progress day by day is precious.. And alhamdulillah he's still breastfed til now.. Hopefully I can breastfeed him exclusively for 6 months.. Aamiin..

And thanks to breastfeed, I can lost 15 kgs in 2 months without any diet at all.. On the other hand, I ate a lot.. Like 4 times a day in a big big portions every meal.. And still losing weight, what a perfect thing.. Ahahaha..

Anyway, I update my Instagram (@suciutami) more often than updating my blog.. So meanwhile you can follow my instagram instead..
